At Shap3D, Steven brings together his experience in software engineering, emerging technologies and digital product development to drive the technical vision and development of innovative 3D solutions. His focus is on translating complex technological possibilities into intuitive, accessible and scalable products that create tangible value for businesses and their customers.
Steven's entrepreneurial journey began with a strong personal interest in blockchain technology, which gradually evolved into a professional career as an independent software engineer and technology consultant. What started as a fascination with emerging technologies developed into a broader expertise in building digital products, developing software solutions and advising businesses on technological opportunities.
With a background in software engineering and hands-on experience across multiple development environments, Steven has worked on a diverse range of projects spanning blockchain integration, Web3 technologies, full-stack development, backend architecture and digital product engineering.
Throughout his career, he has contributed to the development of secure and scalable software solutions, including blockchain-integrated web applications, retailer management systems and custom-built digital platforms. His experience includes working with technologies such as React, Motoko, Laravel, PHP, Docker and various modern frontend frameworks.
Beyond software development, Steven brings a strong understanding of product ownership, UI/UX design and technical consultancy. He combines engineering capabilities with a product-oriented mindset, allowing him to approach challenges from both a technical and commercial perspective. His competencies also extend to SaaS development, mobile applications, information security, system integration, performance optimisation and business analysis.

At Shap3D, Frederik contributes the commercial and strategic perspective, focusing on business development, performance optimisation and translating technological capabilities into scalable business opportunities. His ambition is to bridge the gap between innovative technology and commercial value, ensuring that Shap3D's solutions are not only technologically advanced but also strategically relevant and commercially viable.
Frederik brings a strong combination of commercial acumen, financial expertise and technological business understanding to Shap3D. With an academic background in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and professional experience across financial controlling, accounting and business analysis, he combines analytical precision with a distinctly commercial mindset.
Throughout his career, Frederik has developed a broad understanding of financial management, business performance and operational optimisation. His experience includes financial controlling, financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, reconciliations and process optimisation, with professional experience from companies such as Nofipa, Standout, ViaBill and ADmire.
A particular area of expertise is Business Intelligence Systems, where he focuses on the intersection between business intelligence, data-driven decision-making and commercial performance. His ability to translate complex business data into actionable insights provides a strong foundation for identifying growth opportunities, optimising operations and supporting strategic business decisions.
Currently pursuing an MSc in Economics and Business Administration at Copenhagen Business School, Frederik continues to expand his expertise in economics, marketing and business strategy. His academic foundation, combined with practical financial experience, enables him to approach business challenges from both an analytical and commercial perspective.
